Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at hello@aurelia-lane.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
